By commissioning Kazzbyte, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:Right of Refusal:I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.Pricing: All prices are in Euro and are subject to change. The price for your specific commission is locked in once we have agreed on the details and the invoice is sent.✦Contact & Communication: All communication will be handled through email. I will provide progress updates at key stages of the commission process, such as the initial sketch and final lineart. Please allow up to 6-12 hours for a response to your inquiries.Timeline: A general estimate for completion is 2 days-1 week from the date the payment is received. The timeline may be longer for more complex pieces or during periods of high demand. I will inform you of any significant delays.✦Payment & RefundsPayment Method: All payments are to be made through PayPal via invoice.
Payment Schedule: I require full payment upfront before I begin work on the commission. For commissions over 40€ , a 50% deposit may be an option.✦RefundsYou are eligible for a full refund if I have not yet started the commission.
If I have started but have not completed the lineart, you are eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued once the lineart has been approved and I have moved on to coloring.
If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded in full.✦Revision PolicySketch Stage: You will receive a watermarked sketch for review. You may request up to 4 free revisions at this stage. Minor revisions include changes to the pose, expression, or small details.
After Sketch Approval: Once you approve the sketch, no major changes (e.g., changing the pose or outfit) will be made. Any major changes requested after this point will incur an additional fee.
Final Edits: Once the final artwork is complete, I will only make minor adjustments, such as color or small details I may have missed.✦Copyright & Usage PolicyPersonal Use Only:The artwork I create for you is for personal use only. This means you can display it in your portfolio, print it for yourself, and use it as an avatar or header on social media, as long as you provide credit.Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for any commercial purpose (e.g., merchandise, branding, or promotion), you must purchase the commercial rights. This will be a separate, additional fee, typically 2-3 times the original price.Artist's Rights: I, the artist, retain all intellectual property and copyright rights to the artwork. I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for my own promotion, including displaying it in my portfolio, posting it on social media, or including it in books or tutorials. If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know beforehand.Prohibited Actions: You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature or watermark, use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or any cryptocurrency-related purpose.
